Inside? A special note of encouragement written by us or a supporter, plus limited edition gear, stickers and survival zines.
How to spot one
- Look for the neon-orange box, our name and our tape. Every genuine drop is clearly marked so people know it came from us.
- Check our Instagram stories for coordinates and clues when we're in a city.
- If you find one, it's yours. Keep it, give it to a friend, or leave it for someone else. But let us know you found it.

An unexplained parcel can make anyone pause — so ours are designed to explain themselves at a glance.
Labelled loud & clear
Every neon-orange box says "FREE CARE PACKAGE — TAKE ME" with our name, website and a contents label. No mystery about what it is — only who it will find.
Nothing hidden
Each box contains a personal note and a clearly listed mix of zines, stickers and useful clothing such as jumpers, hats or tees. No medication, electronics, liquids, sharp objects or anything that rattles or ticks.
Placed with care
We never leave boxes at stations, airports, schools or official buildings. We use agreed safe spaces and hosted locations such as cafés, libraries, community groups, companies and sponsors who know what they are.
Still unsure? That's okay
Every drop is posted on our socials, so you can match it to our Drop Log. If something doesn't look like ours, trust your gut: leave it and tell staff or the non-emergency line 101.
Spotted one of our parcels and want to double-check it's really us? Message us on Instagram or TikTok before you open it — we'll confirm the drop. Kindness should never feel scary.

What's actually inside a parcel?
Every box contains a special note of encouragement, written by us or contributed by somebody who wants to share hopeful words with a stranger. The clearly listed contents vary and may include survival zines, stickers, winter jumpers, hats, tees, wristbands or patches.
What will you NEVER put in one?
No medication, supplements or anything you swallow. No alcohol, vapes or lighters. No sharp objects, no glass, no electronics, no liquids. If we ever include a sealed snack, it stays in its original packaging with allergens visible — but our default is no food at all.
What if a child finds one?
Everything inside is safe for all ages — the zines signpost to child-appropriate helplines like Childline (0800 1111) alongside adult ones. Nothing inside is a choking-size loose item, and nothing needs adult supervision to open.
Is this marketing? Do you want my money or data?
No. The parcels are free, there's no QR code demanding sign-ups, no discount codes, no strings. We're a mental health community project — the only 'ask' inside is to pass kindness on.
I run a café / shop / library. Can I say yes or no to drops?
Absolutely. We arrange hosted drops with the people responsible for a space, including cafés, shops, libraries, community groups, companies and sponsors. If a box ever turns up somewhere it shouldn't be, message us and we'll collect it. Your space, your rules.
I'm a council officer or police officer with questions.

How do I report a parcel that worries me?
Don't open it, message us with a photo and location and we'll confirm ours or not. If it looks genuinely suspicious — near a station, wired, leaking, heavy — treat it like any unattended item: keep clear and call 101 (or 999 if it feels urgent).
